All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions
3.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by our designated Merchant of Record, Creem.io ("Creem"). By initiating a purchase, you authorize Creem to charge your selected payment instrument for the total amount of the transaction.
3.2 Subscription Terms
Premium Database Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring billing until cancellation. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard or via Creem Support.
4. Prohibited Uses
You are expressly prohibited from sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or transferring your downloaded files or account credentials to third parties, or using automated systems to scrape database content.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The services are provided "as is." In no event shall Lotic Nature be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service.
