1. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy for Digital Products

BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE ON THIS SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND IRREVOCABLY AGREE THAT ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ARE FINAL, ABSOLUTE, AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to the inherent non-returnable, non-recoverable, and instantly replicable nature of digital goods, and in accordance with consumer protection laws and European Union Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, we maintain a zero-tolerance, no-exception refund policy.

2. Rationale for Non-Refundability

2.1 Instant Irreversible Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation by our Merchant of Record (Creem), digital products are delivered instantly via secure download links or immediate account access activation. The delivery is complete and irreversible at the moment of transaction confirmation.

2.2 Non-Recoverable Goods

Unlike physical merchandise, digital files cannot be returned in any meaningful sense. Once a download link is generated or database access is granted, the consumer has obtained full, irrevocable possession of the intangible product.

3. No Exception Scenarios

4. Merchant of Record (Creem) Role

Creem.io serves as our exclusive Merchant of Record for all payment processing. While Creem handles the technical processing of payments, Creem's refund policies are subordinate to the specific commercial terms we have established for digital products.

Any inquiry or dispute related to a Creem-processed transaction must be directed first to billing@loticnature.org. If the matter cannot be resolved between the parties, you may escalate to Creem Support, but you acknowledge that Creem will defer to our non-refundable policy as the governing commercial term.
